    Application for media accreditation

    In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 23, 2006 No. 243, in order to create the necessary conditions for timely and objective coverage of the sphere of communications and informatization, accreditation of mass media representatives of the Republic of Uzbekistan is carried out under the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

    The regulation on the procedure for accreditation of representatives of the mass media of the Republic of Uzbekistan with state authorities was approved by the above Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.

    For accreditation of a mass media correspondent under the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the editorial office must submit an application on its official letterhead, signed by the editor-in-chief, certified with a seal.

    The editorial submission must include:

    • name and type of mass media;
    • specialization; distribution area;
    • E-mail address; telephone and fax numbers of the editorial office;
    • surname, name and patronymic of the correspondent submitted for accreditation;
    • equipment that this correspondent must have with him to perform his professional duties.

    The application is accompanied by a certificate containing detailed information (official position, passport data, copies of the correspondent's diploma, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers) and four photographs of the established form.
