The SSMART plant specializes in the production of household appliances and electronic products using modern technologies. Its output is supplied both to the domestic market and for export. The enterprise has created more than 240 jobs to date.

Avangard Call Solution LLC provides remote IT call services to international clients and currently employs more than 30 young specialists on a permanent basis. During the visit, the ministers examined the company’s operational processes, technical infrastructure, and remote service delivery system.

The ministers commended the contribution of both enterprises to youth employment and regional economic development and provided practical recommendations on supporting and scaling such initiatives.

At the conclusion of the visit, the parties exchanged views on priority areas for the further development of IT outsourcing, the broader integration of digital solutions into industrial processes, measures to expand employment opportunities for young people, and ways to increase export potential.
