During discussions with the company “Soft 72,” particular attention was given to training qualified personnel for the implementation of joint projects. It was noted that the “Zero Risk” program and tax incentives provided for IT sector representatives serve as an important foundation for expanding the company’s operations in the region.

In dialogue with “Yarkin Tech Hub”, opportunities for entering the Afghan market through locally developed IT products were examined. Prospects for implementing projects in the fields of healthcare, payment systems, education, and e-commerce were reviewed.

The meetings also highlighted the potential for establishing modern IT offices within the “Ayritom” Free Economic Zone and forming a regional IT hub by leveraging the region’s geographic advantages.

The development of such partnerships is expected to contribute to job creation in Surkhandarya and to further increase the export of digital services.
