During the meeting, participants raised questions related to further development of the IT sector, support for startup initiatives, access to grants and investment, advantages of IT Park residency, mechanisms for entering export markets, and opportunities to acquire modern and in-demand professions.

The Minister provided detailed responses and outlined the support measures implemented by the state, including tax and customs incentives, incubation and acceleration programs, as well as financial and institutional mechanisms available to young entrepreneurs and startup founders.

The event also featured presentations of innovative ideas and practical projects developed by youth in the region. Particular attention was given to ensuring systematic support, strengthening mentorship mechanisms, facilitating integration into international markets, and increasing export capacity.

The dialogue, conducted in an open format, enabled participants to present their proposals directly, discuss existing challenges in the sector, and receive guidance for the further development of their initiatives.
