The agreement is being implemented in accordance with the objectives set by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 425 of July 10, 2025, aimed at accelerating the development of artificial intelligence technologies in 2025–2026.

The cooperation framework includes the following areas:
- Development of the fintech ecosystem and digital infrastructure;
- Implementation of pilot projects in digital finance;
- Joint research in artificial intelligence, big data, machine learning, financial analytics, and cybersecurity;
- Development of financial mechanisms aligned with ESG principles;
- Training and certification programs for specialists, regulators, and entrepreneurs;
- Preparation of industry analysis and strategic reports.

The memorandum establishes a foundation for institutional cooperation to support AI-driven innovation and the sustainable development of the fintech sector in Uzbekistan and across Central Asia.
