During the dialogue, topics of implementing solutions aimed at strengthening security in the internet space in Uzbekistan, especially protecting children and youth from harmful content, were reviewed. In particular, the possibility of gradually implementing content filtering systems suitable for young people in schools and universities, classifying content based on artificial intelligence, and early detection of dangerous information streams was discussed.
Additionally, views were exchanged on technical solutions for telecommunications operators regarding network-level content management, ensuring compliance with current legislation, and protecting user interests. The importance of the systems' transparent operation, their compliance with security standards, and the collaborative mechanisms between institutions and operators during the implementation process were highlighted.
Additionally, the meeting explored opportunities for collaboration in enhancing digital literacy and cyberculture, promoting online safety among youth, and organizing practical training sessions and educational programs. The parties focused on the prospects of launching joint initiatives to build responsible and safe use skills in the Internet space.
