Who is eligible?
Assistance is available for individuals studying full-time on a tuition contract basis, including:
- Students of professional educational institutions
- Students of state and non-state higher education institutions
- Students enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s programs at foreign universities and their branches in Uzbekistan

Amount of support:
Up to 50% of tuition fees, but not exceeding 50 times the minimum wage

Application review period:
Up to 8 working days

The following categories are not eligible:
- Students pursuing a second or subsequent degree
- Students enrolled in part-time, evening, or distance education
- Participants of joint educational programs
- Students studying under differentiated payment (“super-contract”) terms

How does the process work?
- Application is submitted online via my.gov.uz
- Reviewed by the “Mahalla Yettiligi”
- Upon approval, funds are transferred directly to the educational institution’s bank account, based on fulfillment of social contract conditions

This initiative is aimed at expanding access to education, strengthening social support for youth, and reducing the financial burden associated with tuition fees.
