How to obtain the certificate online:
- Visit the my.gov.uz portal
- Go to the “Health Care” section
- Select the service “Obtaining a medical certificate in form 086” and download the document

Important:
A medical examination must first be completed at a healthcare institution. Once the doctor’s conclusions are entered into the system, the certificate becomes available online.

The service is provided free of charge, and no additional documents are required.
