Today, digital technologies are increasingly becoming an integral part of every sector in our country.

The broad-based reforms being carried out to improve public administration, provide citizens with convenient and transparent public services, digitalize the branches of the economy, introduce artificial intelligence technologies, develop IT education, and guide young people toward modern professions continue steadily as one of the key directions of New Uzbekistan's development.

In recent years, the legal and institutional foundations of the digital economy in our country have been strengthened, electronic public services have expanded, the IT Park ecosystem has developed rapidly, software product exports have grown significantly, and new opportunities have been created for the operations of international IT companies. Today, Uzbekistan is steadily moving toward becoming one of the centers of digital innovation and technology not only in Central Asia, but across the wider region.

International recognition of these reforms is also growing. In particular, Uzbekistan was recognized as "Country of the Year 2026" for having the fastest-growing startup ecosystem.

Behind these changes lies the important role played by the initiatives and decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who has established digital development as one of the priority directions of state policy. It is precisely this strategic approach by the Head of our State that has enabled digital technologies to become an effective system serving the interests of the people and contributing to the development of the state and society.

Today, July 24, is the birthday of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
