In particular, an agreement was reached with Amit Patel, Director of Artificial Intelligence at Plug and Play, to advance the "Bukhara 100" project to a new stage of development.

Within the framework of this partnership, joint programs will be implemented in Bukhara Region to foster AI startups, train young people in artificial intelligence technologies, and enhance their knowledge and practical skills in accordance with international standards.

Under the agreement, UGL Holding will invest USD 300,000 in the project. The investment will be directed toward strengthening the regional AI ecosystem, supporting promising startups, establishing mentoring and acceleration programs, and providing training in modern artificial intelligence technologies.

A cooperation agreement was also signed with the U.S.-based logistics company USCAN Logistics. As part of the partnership, a modern Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Center serving the U.S. and Canadian markets will be established in Bukhara Region.

At the initial stage of the project, 50 high-paying jobs will be created. The center will enable young professionals from Bukhara to provide remote services for international logistics companies, including dispatch operations, customer support, load planning, and other business processes. In addition, training programs based on international standards in logistics and BPO services will be introduced to prepare qualified specialists.

Another agreement was signed with the U.S. company SH Brothers Trucking. Under this partnership, 30 dispatch specialists from Bukhara will provide logistics support services for the company's fleet of 150 trucks.

To facilitate the implementation of this initiative, specialized training programs aligned with international standards will be organized in the region, with graduates being gradually integrated into the company's operations.
