Selected startups will be provided with a dedicated stand at the Uzbekistan national pavilion, the opportunity to pitch their projects to investors during the summit, participation in the opening and award ceremonies, and inclusion in an accompanying familiarization program held throughout Beijing.

Eligibility Requirements
The competition is open to IT Park resident startups seeking to enter the Chinese and broader Asian markets, operating within the following sectors: artificial intelligence and robotics; software and information technology; the Internet of Things and smart cities; semiconductors and quantum technologies; FinTech; BioTech; MedTech; and AgriTech.

Applicant companies are required to have an English-language version of their product, be prepared to present a live demonstration, and ensure that the presentation is delivered by a founder or a member of C-level executive management.

About the Summit
HICOOL 2026 will feature more than 70 events and is expected to bring together 600 exhibitors from 50 countries, over 1,000 investors, 300 leading companies, and more than 50,000 entrepreneurs. The summit will take place in Beijing from August 26 to 29, 2026.
