An agreement has been signed between the Ministry of Digital Technologies, the National Information Society Agency (NIA) of the Republic of Korea, and UZINFOCOM for the implementation of a grant project directed toward the enhancement of the Citizens' Complaints System through the application of artificial intelligence.
Pursuant to the project, artificial intelligence-based solutions for the analysis and management of citizens' appeals shall be developed and implemented, and a feasibility study shall be conducted for the pilot deployment of the system within the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Cooperation with NIA constitutes a logical continuation of the technological engagement between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea and shall enable the effective utilization of Korean expertise in the domains of digital public administration and artificial intelligence.
On the eve of the thirty-fifth anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, this initiative represents the practical embodiment of consistent reforms aimed at advancing modern digital governance, ensuring the broad implementation of advanced technologies, and establishing increasingly accessible services for the citizenry.
The Ministry of Digital Technologies continues to steadily pursue international cooperation for the purpose of enhancing the efficiency of public administration through the application of artificial intelligence and modern digital solutions, as well as for the purpose of establishing new and modern mechanisms of engagement with the population.
