During the mobile reception, citizens submitted more than 20 appeals and proposals concerning the quality of mobile communication and wired internet services, internet tariffs, IT services, and a number of other matters. The appeals were resolved favorably, and citizens were provided with relevant legal and practical clarifications.

Appeals requiring further study and additional time were assigned to responsible officials for review in accordance with the established procedure. The authors of these appeals were informed that they would be reviewed within the timeframes established by law and that they would be notified of the results.

In addition, specialists from the Ministry of Digital Technologies provided participants of the mobile reception with detailed information on ongoing work in the areas of telecommunications infrastructure development, digital education, access to digital public services, artificial intelligence, and the development of the IT industry.
