International Media Tour Organized for Azerbaijani Media Representatives at the IT Park Uzbekistan Complex

With the aim of further developing information exchange and media cooperation between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, a media tour to the IT Park Uzbekistan complex was organized for representatives of Azerbaijani mass media outlets.
During the visit, the foreign journalists were provided with detailed information on the extensive work being carried out to develop the digital technology and IT sector in Uzbekistan, the infrastructure being created, and future projects.
The guests first became closely acquainted with the IT Park Uzbekistan complex. They were informed about the construction work carried out on the complex's territory, its modern infrastructure, the conditions created for IT companies, and projects planned for implementation in the future.
Following this, a video was presented covering Uzbekistan's IT sector, the results achieved in recent years, and ongoing work in the field of digitalization. It provided information on projects aimed at expanding the export of IT services, introducing modern technologies, attracting young people to IT professions, and expanding digital opportunities across the country's regions.
As part of the media tour, representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan also delivered a special presentation. It addressed Uzbekistan's IT export indicators, the entry of local IT companies into international markets, opportunities being created to attract foreign companies to the country, and the sector's future goals and objectives.
In addition, representatives of UZINFOCOM gave presentations on the work being carried out in Uzbekistan to develop digital public services and digitalize public administration. The guests were informed about the digital government system, digital public services, projects to simplify service delivery processes for the population, and the use of modern information technologies.
During the visit, participants exchanged views on Uzbekistan's experience in digital transformation, the new opportunities being created in the field of digitalization, and the country's potential as a regional IT hub.
