This BPO center provides dispatching, accounting, security, and other remote services for the US market. Through the company's operations, opportunities are expanding for local specialists in Bukhara to enter the international services market and work with foreign clients.
During the visit, discussions covered the company's future development prospects, the expansion of its service offerings, and the creation of new jobs. Opportunities to expand operations under the "Zero Risk" program introduced by IT Park were also reviewed.
The company's management reported plans to create 150 new jobs by the end of 2026. These positions will primarily serve to attract young people in the region to the BPO sector, develop their modern professional skills, and expand their opportunities to work with international companies.
The development of BPO services in the regions enables entry into international markets through intellectual labor and remote services, without requiring extensive production infrastructure. This, in turn, not only increases Bukhara's potential for IT services exports but also creates new opportunities for expanding modern, high-paying jobs in the region.
In addition, the company's cooperation with the US market contributes to expanding the geography of services exports from Bukhara, increasing the participation of local specialists in international projects, and strengthening the region's position in the global services market.
During the visit, views were exchanged on future objectives related to further developing BPO services, creating new jobs, and increasing the volume of IT services exports.
