The seminar was attended by leadership and staff of the Ministry's central apparatus, its regional divisions, and affiliated enterprises and organizations, as well as students.

The seminar opened with a video presentation on the extensive reforms carried out in New Uzbekistan, followed by presentations from members of the "Ma'rifat" advocacy society on three main topics.

Speaking on "Three Thousand Years of Roots and the Third Renaissance: Historical Continuity, National Identity, and Spiritual Heritage," Fayzulla Ernazarov, Doctor of Historical Sciences and Professor, emphasized that our people possess a long and glorious history, rich in traditions of statehood and culture, and that recognizing this historical identity nurtures within each of us a sense of love for the Homeland, national pride, and confidence in the future. He noted, however, that responsibility must always accompany pride, and that the scientific legacy left by Khwarizmi, Beruni, and Ibn Sina should not merely be a source of pride, but should inspire us to prove worthy of them and to make new contributions to world science. Becoming a builder of the Third Renaissance, he stressed, means taking on precisely this responsibility.

In his presentation on "Human Dignity: A Measure of 35 Years of Reform, Freedom, Knowledge, Health, and Youth," literary scholar and Associate Professor Rahmon Qo'chqor, Candidate of Philological Sciences, addressed the role of the reforms carried out during the years of independence in ensuring human dignity and well-being, and discussed the results achieved in education, healthcare, youth policy, and economic development. Through concrete indicators of the reforms and real-life examples, the presentation illustrated the substance and meaning of the "For the Sake of Human Dignity!" concept.

Speaking on "The Decade of National Revival: The Seven National Programs as an Integrated System and the Core Ideas of the Address," Sukhrob Khidirov, Head of Department at the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment and PhD in Sociology, Associate Professor, discussed the interconnection between the seven national programs put forward by the President, their role in the country's development, and the priority tasks set for the coming decade.

The seminar underscored the importance of thoroughly studying the goals and objectives outlined in the President's address, conveying their substance to the public accurately and clearly, and ensuring the active participation of every citizen in the country's development. A question-and-answer session was also held among participants, with various gifts presented to active attendees.

The event concluded with a screening of the music video "O'zbek Kelayotir."
