The conference was dedicated to IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing (BPO), global business services (GBS), and the development of service centers.

The event brought together international companies, industry representatives, and IT Park Uzbekistan representatives, who discussed opportunities for launching and expanding service operations in Uzbekistan. Particular attention was given to the practical experience of international companies operating in the country and serving foreign clients.

The conference program included sessions on the practical experience of international companies, launching and expanding operations in Uzbekistan, opportunities within the market for qualified specialists, and establishing GBS, SSC, and BPO centers.

The event also addressed the development of Uzbekistan's export-oriented technology ecosystem and opportunities for expanding services exports.

In the first half of 2026, 608 export-oriented companies joined the ranks of IT Park residents, an increase of 178 percent compared to the same period last year. IT Park residents currently export IT services and digital products to 102 countries around the world.

The conference served as a platform for strengthening ties between global companies, local specialists, and Uzbekistan's growing outsourcing ecosystem, and for discussing new opportunities for cooperation in the international services market.
