The company has established the modern "Ershi Logistics Center" in Marhamat district, employing more than 350 staff members. These employees provide services to companies in the US market, gaining the opportunity to work with the international market and earn a respectable income while remaining in their home district.

According to results for the second quarter of 2026, IT Park residents in Marhamat district exported IT services worth USD 8.72 million, compared to USD 5.15 million in the corresponding period of 2025, representing year-on-year growth of 169.2 percent.

Marhamat district currently hosts 15 IT Park residents.

During the visit, the Minister familiarized himself with the company's operations, the working conditions created for staff, and the opportunities available to employees, and studied ongoing efforts to further expand IT and BPO services. He also offered relevant recommendations and proposals on increasing export volumes, creating new jobs, expanding the geography of services, and further developing opportunities to enter international markets.

The Marhamat experience demonstrates that developing IT and BPO services in the regions can create new jobs, attract the population to modern professions, provide young people with the opportunity to work in the international market while remaining in their home districts, and increase export potential.
