First Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies Ayubkhon Sultonov met with Konstantin Chigirev, General Manager for Middle East, Africa, Türkiye & Central Asia at Group-IB.

The meeting focused on further development of digital technologies in Uzbekistan, the introduction of modern technologies and expertise, as well as expanding international cooperation in the field.

The parties discussed opportunities for cooperation in sharing information and expertise on digital threats, developing digital forensics and modern analytical methods, and ensuring information security across government and critical infrastructure sectors.

Particular attention was paid to training qualified IT specialists and organizing joint educational programs, training sessions, and practical placements aimed at enhancing their professional and practical skills.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties exchanged views on continuing cooperation in the identified areas and implementing joint initiatives.

A Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Ministry of Digital Technologies and Group-IB was also signed during the meeting.
