Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov visited the Syrdarya region, where he reviewed the activities of the “Soyibobod” MFE in Gulistan, “Pakhtakor” MFE in Boyovut district, “Mukumiy” MFE, and “Olmazar” MFE. 
 
During the visit, detailed assessments were conducted on living standards, support systems for low-income families, and socio-economic development within the framework of mahalla citizen meetings.  

Discussions focused primarily on the widespread adoption of digital technologies at the mahalla level, enhancing economic activity, and expanding opportunities for young people to engage with modern information and communication technologies. Special emphasis was placed on providing high-paying jobs through IT training and foreign language training within the mahallas. 

 Key Issues Addressed  
- Increase digital literacy throughout mahallas throughout the year.  
- Creating opportunities for children from low-income families to receive IT training and secure employment in the sector.  
-Establishing remote work systems to facilitate employment for young people.  

During the visit, the Minister held an open dialogue with representatives of the Ministry of Education, entrepreneurs, and mahalla activists, listening to their concerns and suggestions. He issued directives for cooperative efforts with relevant organizations to address these issues and implement solutions effectively.
